SALES TERMS

These Sales Terms apply to purchases made from Jean Jive through jeanjive.com.

These Sales Terms should be read together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Payment Policy.

Products and Availability

Jean Jive sells new physical products.

We do not currently offer customized or pre-order products unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

All orders are subject to product availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will offer the customer the choice of:

Receiving a full refund;
Waiting for the item to be restocked; or
Selecting an alternative product of comparable value.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately.

Product color, texture, and denim wash may vary because of screens, lighting, washing treatments, and normal production variation. Manual measurements may also vary slightly.

The product information displayed when an order is submitted forms part of the sale.

Prices, Promotions, and Taxes

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and may change before an order is submitted.

Applicable sales taxes are calculated during checkout.

Promotional offers are subject to their stated conditions. Unless expressly permitted, only one promotional code may be used per order.

Order Submission and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

Receiving an automated order confirmation does not prevent us from reviewing, verifying, limiting, or declining the order.

We may refuse or cancel an order because of:

Inventory problems;
Suspected fraud;
Unauthorized payment;
Shipping restrictions;
Incorrect customer information;
Promotional abuse; or
An obvious pricing or product-description error.

If payment has already been captured for a canceled item or order, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Payment

Customers must provide complete and accurate billing information and must be authorized to use the selected payment method.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Jean Jive does not accept cash on delivery, checks, direct bank transfers, or telephone card payments.

Shipping and Delivery

Jean Jive provides free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia.

Orders normally require:

1–3 business days for processing;
Approximately 3–5 business days for carrier transit; and
A total estimated delivery period of 4–8 business days.

Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request a cancellation or order change before shipment by emailing support@jeanjive.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but cannot guarantee changes after processing or fulfillment has begun.

Orders that have already shipped must be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Prior return authorization is required. Jean Jive provides a prepaid label for authorized returns and does not charge a restocking fee.

Approved refunds are issued according to the conditions and timeframes stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

Delivery Problems

Contact support@jeanjive.com promptly if an order is missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

We may request your order number, photographs, address confirmation, or reasonable cooperation with a carrier investigation.

Consumer Rights

These Sales Terms do not limit any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived or excluded.

Governing Law

These Sales Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and applicable federal law, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
